中文摘要 | 通过热重分析仪研究了树脂载体固态胺在高浓度CO2气氛下的再生特性,分析了固态胺再生过程中的胺降解性能、再生速率以及循环稳定性.研究发现,树脂载体固态胺相比目前关注最多的硅胶载体固态胺具有明显的化学稳定性优势,再生过程中并未出现胺的降解问题;固态胺的再生速率主要取决于颗粒的升温速率;树脂载体固态胺在高浓度CO2气氛下循环吸收再生中,胺的挥发会导致性能的下降,但是没有发生胺的降解.; The regeneration performance of resin supported amine sorbents under high concentration of CO2streams was investigated with thermogravimetric apparatus. The CO2-induced degradation,regeneration rate and cyclic stability were analyzed in detail. It was found that resin supported amine sorbents enjoy an obvious advantage of chemical stability over silica supported amine sorbents to which much attention has been paid because resin supported amines do not suffer from CO2-induced degradation. During the thermal regeneration process,the regeneration rate is determined mainly by the heating rate. Besides,the cyclic stability was affected by the volatilization of amine and there was no amine degradation. |
