中文摘要激光诱导炽光法(LII)是研究火焰中碳烟体积分数和粒径的重要光学测试方法,但要实现碳烟体积分数的定量测量尚有很大难度.建立了用激光消光法(LEM)进行定量标定的LII测试系统,在定容燃烧弹中实现了喷雾扩散火焰中碳烟体积分数的定量测量.结果表明,将LII和LEM的测试结果相关联,可以用来判定每一次LII测试是否受到了信号俘获现象的影响,通过合理去除无效点,可以有效地降低信号俘获现象对标定结果的影响.应用该测试系统研究了正庚烷喷雾扩散火焰的碳烟生成特性,当初始环境温度从800,K升高至823,K时,正庚烷喷雾扩散火焰中的峰值碳烟体积分数升高,并且碳烟初始生成位置更靠近喷嘴.; Laser induced incandescence(LII)is an important technique for the measurements of soot concentration and primary particle size in flames,while calibration of LII signal remains one of the main technical difficulties. A LII measurement system calibrated by laser extinction method(LEM)was developed and quantitative measurements of soot concentration in reacting fuel jets in a constant volume vessel were made. It was found that the correlation between LII and LEM data could be used to evaluate the influence of signal trapping on LII measurement. By removing the invalid measurement points,the effect of signal trapping on the calibration results was minimized. Soot formation characteristics of n-heptane fuel jets were investigated with the above technique. Results show that when ambient temperature increases from 800,K to 823,K,the peak soot volume fraction in n-heptane fuel jets is increased and the location of initial soot formation moves closer to the nozzle.
