中文摘要针对某污水厂化学除磷工艺过量加药的问题,研究其化学除磷优化控制策略,通过对原自控系统的升级改造,完成处理规模为10×104m3/d的示范工程建设。运行结果表明:"前馈—反馈"相结合的化学除磷优化控制技术能够确保出水TP浓度稳定达标,且药剂投加量较优化控制前减少30%以上,大大降低了化学除磷的运行成本,并在国内首次实现两点加药化学除磷系统的前馈—反馈联合优化控制技术的工程应用。; To solve the problem of excessive dosing in a wastewater treatment plant,an optimal control strategy for the chemical phosphorus removal process was studied. Through upgrading the original control system,a demonstration project with the capacity of 10 �104m3/ d was established. The operation results showed that the feedforward and feedback optimal control technology could effectively solve the problem of excessive dosing and make the effluent TP satisfy the discharge standard. The operation cost could be reduced greatly because over 30% of the chemicals were saved. This project also realized engineering application of the optimal control technology in two-point chemical phosphorus removal system for the first time in China.
