中文摘要电力行业是我国煤炭消耗量和CO2排放量最大的行业。由于燃煤电厂CO2排放总量大,且单个点源排放量大,燃煤电厂将是CO2捕集的重点。本文将以MEA化学吸收法为例,探讨我国燃煤电厂CO2捕集技术的应用对污染控制技术及管理政策带来的挑战。首先对碳捕集过程产生的污染物进行识别,其次结合我国火力发电厂大气污染物排放标准,探讨该过程引起的燃煤污染和二次污染,最后提出相应的污染控制技术以及管理策略。; The power industry is the biggest one in coal consumption and CO2emission in China. Coal- fired power plant is the focus of CO2capture according to the energy structure in China and the large quantity of CO2emission from single coal- fired plant. Taking MEA method as the study case,this paper discusses the challenges on pollution control technologies and management policies brought by CO2capture technology of coal- fired power plant in China.Firstly,the secondary pollution is identified; then the pollution emission is investigated especially considering the air pollution emission standards for thermal power plant in China; finally some suggestions are given for the pollution control technologies and management strategies.
