中文摘要	本文使用2002-2009年中国城镇住户调查数据和双重差分法,从基金支出范围的角度,实证分析了失业保险对就业的影响。结果发现:2006年中国实施的扩大失业保险基金支出范围的试点政策,显著提高了劳动力的就业概率;年轻个体、女性、无配偶个体和低教育水平个体,其就业概率相对较低,但受政策影响更强,政策实施后就业概率提升更多。本文研究表明,扩大失业保险基金支出范围、提高促进就业项目支出占比,不仅有助于发挥失业保险的就业促进功能,也有利于促进社会公平。; This paper estimates the effects of unemployment insurance on employment from the view of fund expenditure scope, using Chinese urban household survey data from 2002 to 2009 and the difference-in-difference approach. The results show that the policy of expanding the expenditure scope of unemployment insurance fund which was piloted in 2006 significantly increases the probability of employment of labor force; the younger individuals, females, individuals without spouses and individuals with lower education levels have lower probability of employment, but they experience larger effects of the policy and their probability of employment increases more than others. This study indicates that expanding the expenditure scope of unemployment insurance fund, i.e. increasing the proportion of employment promotion programs, not only helps unemployment insurance to be functional in employment promotion, but also increases social equity.
