中文摘要Quartz or silicon vibrating beam accelerometers use Double-ended tuning fork(DETF) as the sensitive structure. The purpose of the paper is to establish the precision relations between the force and the natural frequency of DETF, as well as between the frequency difference of differential DETF and the force, and develop the correlation between measurement range and nonlinearity of the structure. Based on the bending vibration differential equation, the relation between the axial force and the natural frequency of double ended beam was deduced. Polynomial approximation method was adopted to fit the numerical result. Then approximation polynomials describing the relation between the axial force and the frequency difference of DETF were derived. Fitting error of the 5-order polynomials of the beam and DETF are 0.0056% and 0.0015% respectively. A formula about the relation between the measurement range and the nonlinearity of the structure was obtained.
