中文摘要For many applications of micro TEC (thermoelectric cooler), such as sophisticated thermostat, medical equipment, and electronic control devices, rapid cooling and adaptability of adjusting under the changes in environmental conditions are important. The method of equivalent circuit networks was presented to analyze the transient characteristics of micro TEC. At first, an equivalent circuit model of micro TEC was provided based on thermoelectric simulation, which considering the effect factors of temperature of uncontrolled side, heat flow of controlled side, adjunctive thermal resistance, contact resistance, working current and current source on cooler. With the equivalent model, the performance of micro TEC was analyzed under transient conditions at cooling mode and heating mode respectively with operating conditions changing with time, such as heat load of controlled side, the temperature of uncontrolled side and working current. At last, the basic rules on the controlled side temperature T/sub cs/ were obtained, which affected by heat load of controlled side, the temperature of uncontrolled side and working current .Therefore these results have great value for research and application of micro TEC.
