中文摘要An adjustable heating rate reactor that can accurately hold the temperature at any setting was developed to study the temperature history effects on gas-solid reactions. This paper describes the structure and control logic of the fast heating, wire-mesh reactor. The wire-mesh reactor is shown to provide accurately reproducible temperature control. The reactor was then used to study the effects of heating rate and the highest hold temperature on coal pyrolysis with good results similar to previous experimental results. The reactor is capable of heating samples at a given heating rate (0-1000 K/s) to a specified temperature (<1000 degrees C) and holding for a required period.
