中文摘要It has been shown recently that consumption of 1,3-diacylglycrol (1,3-DAG) oil has beneficial effects on the suppressing the accumulation of body fat and preventing the increase of body weight. However, because of the minor content of 1,3-DAG in natural form, the synthesis of 1,3-DAG has become more significant. Chemical methods and enzymatic approach can be used for 1,3-DAG preparation. By comparison, there are many advantages associated with enzymatic approach: the reaction can be carried out under mild conditions, the process is environmentally friendly and high quality product can be achieved. Therefore, more and more attention have been paid to the enzymatic method for 1,3-DAG production in recent years. This review covers the aspects of enzyme-mediated catalysis for 1,3-DAG, and also suggests that reducing the cost and prolonging the lifetime of the enzyme can promote enzyme-mediated production of 1,3-DAG on industrial scale.
