中文摘要In order to study the germicidal efficacy of grain by this device, Agrobacterium tumefaciens and Fusarium Moniliformes were experimentally sterilized by atmospheric helium plasma, using coaxial DBD device. Through quantitative analysis, it was found that, by the treatment of plasma, the growth of the two kinds of bacteria was delayed or the bacteria was killed, and Agrobacterium tumefaciens were much easier to sterilize. Through SEM, some sorts of damage on the processed bacterium were found, and clear mark was created by high-speed moving particles and some sort of evaporation appearance was also noted. There is no final conclusion on the mechanism of sterilization by plasma at the moment, but through SEM, it is speculated that they are caused by the penetrate effect of high-speed moving particles, and also have some relation with the temperature.
