| 中文摘要 | 美国国家风景小径是美国国家小径系统中的重要组成部分,其指定、规划及管理都有法律保障并得到政府各方面的大力支持。阿巴拉契亚风景小径是美国最著名、路线最长、建立最早的风景步行道,管理和保护方法比较成熟。本文以阿巴拉契亚风景小径为例,介绍了以志愿者为基础的合作管理体系,从规划制定、合作协议、公共参与及资金来源等方面总结体系运行的优点;思考和借鉴这种合作管理体系对我国风景步道、绿色通道网络的建设和管理是非常有意义的。; The National Scenic Trail is an important component of the National Trail System in the United States.The designation, planning and management supported by government own legal protection.The Appalachian Scenic Trail is the most famous,the longest line of the scenic walking trails.It has more mature approach in management and protection.This paper introduces the Appalachian Scenic Trail' s volunteer-based co-management system,sums up the advantages of system operation from planning,co-operation agreement,public participation and the funds and so on;Learn from such cooperation management system will help for the construction and management of China's scenic trails and ecological the network. |
