中文摘要针对目前绿色系滤光片颜料在应用中的抗光耐热差的问题,本文合成了一种新型的绿色系的无金属聚合酞菁化合物 H_2PPc,其在有机溶剂中比 CIPG36具有更好好的成膜性和分散性。吸收光谱表明,在玻璃膜片上 H_2PPc 和现有 CIPG36相近的色素要素,色饱和度要高于 C.I.PG36,通过加速试验表明其耐紫外光和可见光的性能要强于 CIPG36,此外本文还将其分散后进行了光刻实验,得到了相对满意的曝光图片。; The limit of color filter pigments in the application in recent is the bad photo fastness and heat resistance of them.This article investigated the pigment properties of a novel synthesized metal free polymeric phthalocyanine H_2PPc.It has better solubility and dispersibility in organic solvent than CI PG 36.The absorption spectrum indicates that H_2PPc film has similar color components comparing with CI PG 36 on acidic low iron glass.The color saturation of H_2PPc is better than CI PG 36.The accelerated ageing test under Uv-vis indicates the light fastness of H_2PPc on glass film is strength than the same film of CI PG 36.The photolithography test also obtained satisfied exposed picture.
