中文摘要采用超高效液相与飞行时间质谱连用技术,对丹参与藜芦配伍过程中化学成分的变化规律进行研究,在丹参与藜芦配伍共煎液中共确定七种成分,其中两种丹参中没有藜芦含有分子量分别为752.3921,694.3934的化合物,在丹参与藜芦配伍共煎液中含量显著增加;一种丹参与藜芦共同含有分子量为464.3294的化合物,在丹参与藜芦配伍共煎液中含量显著增加;其中三种丹参中没有藜芦含有分子量分别为710.3897,752.3979,694.3934的化合物,在丹参与藜芦配伍共煎液中含量显著降低;一种丹参与藜芦共同含有分子量为99.0701的化合物,在丹参与藜芦配伍共煎液中含量显著降低,丹参与藜芦配伍后藜芦所含成分发生了变化,所以丹参反藜芦具有一定道理。; The variation of chemical constituents during the combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge with Veratrum nigrum L was investrgated by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography/Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF).In the compatible decoction,seven components were detected.The contents of the two with the MW (molecular weight) of 752.392 1 and 694.393 4 were found in Veratrum nigrurn L while not in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and the one with the MW of 464.329 4 which was found in both Veratrum nigrum L and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge increased significantly.The contents of another three with the MW of 710.389 7.752.397 9 and 694.393 4,which were found in Veratrum nigrum L while not in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and another one with the MW of 99.070 1,which was found in both Veratrum nigrum L and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge de- creased significantly.From the chemical point of view,the chemical constituents in Veratrum nigrum L changed after combina- tion with the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,so the traditional theory is right that Salvia mihiorrhiza Bge and Veratrum nigrum L are in- compatible each other.
