中文摘要采用静态燃烧冷态振筛方法研究了沥青岩的成灰和磨耗特性,在高温管式炉中采用达西定律研究了沥青岩的输送特性,通过测量沥青岩料柱两端压差随料柱温度的变化确定了沥青岩的初始粘结温度。沥青岩燃烧过程中,热爆裂性能较差,但燃烧成灰在机械力(流化条件或者振筛条件下)作用下非常容易碎裂,使得颗粒粒度变细,有效抵消了沥青岩热爆性差的缺点,因此本征成灰中细颗粒的份额很高。建议沥青焦入炉燃料粒度放松要求,可以适当增加2mm以上大颗粒的质量份额,最大粒径可以为15mm。该沥青岩灰分磨耗特性在褐煤和贫煤之间,预计不会对灰平衡造成影响。在不添加石灰石条件下,自身燃烧可以维持物料平衡。该沥青岩初始粘结温度在350℃左右,大于沥青岩的挥发份析出着火温度300℃,建议播煤风温度控制在250℃以下。; The ash formation was studied with the standard method, i.e. static combustion in an muffle and cold sieving established by Tsinghua University. In the high temperature tube stove, the transfer character of the asphaltite was measured by Darcys’ law, the onset sintering temperature was determined by measuring the pressure drop through the asphaltite column. The aspaltite particles had little primary fragment during combustion in Fluidized bed combustor, while these ash particles were very soft and easy to collapse under the fluidization or sieving process, which make the ash particles become finer. In the ash formation of aspaltite, the fine as particles have high mass fraction. So more coarser asphaltite particles were recommended and the maximum size id 15mm. The attrition rate constant of this aspanltite is between the brown coal and lean coal, the ash produced by combustion can maintain the material balance in the CFB boiler without injecting limestone. The onset sintering temperature of this aspaltite is about 350℃ , higher than the ignition temperature of the releasing volatile, 300℃ .
