中文摘要比较研究了薄板坯连铸用二孔型水口和四孔型水口流场特征,水模试验结果表明,采用两种水口的薄板坯结晶器流场均存在非稳定性现象。四孔型水口的上吐出孔在一个周期内间断性地吐出流体。提出了一种新的浸入式水口设计方案。根据薄板坯连铸水口的使用条件,制造了两种类型的实物水口,并进行了现场使用试验。使用结果表明:两种类型的水口均稳定地实现了24炉连浇。; The characteristics of fluid flow in the mould of two ports SEN and four ports SEN have been compared and the influences of SEN on the level fluctuation are investigated by water modeling experiment. The result shows that the fluid flow in the continuous casting mold is unstable and the vortex position moves with time. A new design of SEN with better flow pattern is proposed. Submerged nozzles of both types were manufactured and tested in plant. Experiment result shows that the manufactured SENs are capable to cast steel with 24 ladle heats which provide a sound basis for further experiments.
