中文摘要金属/聚合物传导复合材料是一类性能优越、应用广泛的复合型传导高分子材料,制约其发展的技术壁垒之一是界面问题。在其制备过程中,颗粒、薄片、纤维等形状的金属填料与聚合物基体之间将发生程度不同的相互作用,形成各种微结构的界面层。界面层由几十个原子至几千个原子组成,是金属填充体系相容性的物质载体,其组成、结构和性能对复合材料传导、力学等综合性能起到决定性作用,基于界面层形成过程,从热力学角度分析界面层的特征及结构稳定性,是深入研究和掌握界面层内基体与填料的结合模式及对性能的影响规律,优化界面层结构与性能、获得优异性能复合材料的关键所在。; Metal filled polymer conductance composite is one kind of compound high-molecular material with predominant Performance and wide applied field.Nowadays,the interface problem is the critical technical barrier for the development of this kind of material. During fabricating such materials,the filler with shape of particle,flake or fiber and the matrix will interact to form varied micro-structural interfacial layers.They are the substance carrier of metal filler system.The constituent,structure and Performance of interfacial layers will make decisive effect to the combination property of the composites.Therefore,based on the forming process of interfacial layers,studying the characteristic of the dynamic and static interfacial layers and the stabilization of the structure is the key factor to study and master combining mode between matrix and filler,optimize the structure and property effectively and obtain good performance composite from the aspect of thermodynamics.
