中文摘要	本文主要依据成型燃料典型示范村为案例,探讨成型燃料技术市场化运作的经济可行性,并进一步提出政策建议, 以引导成型燃料技术规模化应用与发展。论文的研究方法主要是以经济学基本理论,通过对生产者、消费者、政府这三个相关方面分别进行经济分析,找出供需之间的关系。分析表明,在政府一定的经济支持力度下,成型燃料生产是经济可行的。为了推动成型燃料的发展和规模化应用,政府应做好以下几个方面的工作:1)做好调研和规划,合理分配补贴资金;2)加大对贫困地区成型燃料生产的补贴力度;3)加强技术研发,降低系统成本;4)开拓融资渠道,增加各方投入。; Taking the Shuangmiao Village as the representative example, this paper investigates not only product cost and the demand of rural households, but also the social and environmental benefit of government. On the basis of the analysis of supply and demand, investment suggestions for government are put forward, in order to promote the application and industrialization of Biomass Briquette Technologies. In order to meet the request of well-off construction on rural energy, renewable energy should be developed as soon as possible, especially biomass energy, which has wide application potential. High quality utilization of biomass energy has been greatly promoted these years. Among all using approaches of biomass energy, Biomass Briquette Technology has rapidly advanced and is ready to popularize in vast rural market as a new technology which can not only protect the environment but also replace fossil fuels. Mainly taking a demonstration village as a representative example, this paper will discuss the economical feasibility of Biomass Briquette Technology market and bring forward policy suggestions in order to promote the application and industrialization of this technology. Basic economical theories are used as primary research method. The relationship between supply and demand is discussed through economical analyses in producer, consumer and government. Several works should be done in order to promote the development and application of Biomass Briquette Fuel: 1) Investigate and plan to distribute subsidy in reasonable way; 2) Increase the subsidy of fuel production in poor rural areas; 3) Strengthen technical research to reduce production cost; 4) Develop financing channel to increase input from all aspects.
