中文摘要本文采用NaCl-KCl熔盐法制备了纯钙钛矿结构(K_(0.44)Na_(0.52)Li_(0.04))(Nb_(0.84)Ta_(0.10)Sb_(0.06))O_3粉体和陶瓷。研究了温度和保温时间对粉体物相及形貌的影响,利用XRD和SEM对粉体的结构和形貌进行了分析,并与固相法进行了比较,结果表明熔盐法可以有效的降低合成温度,缩短反应时间,且所得粉体颗粒细小,尺寸在200nm~300nm之间,有明显的取向性,颗粒呈片状,无团聚现象。熔盐法1150℃烧结所得陶瓷密度达到最大值4.69g/cm~3,随温度升高,密度下降,化学组成偏离计量比,碱金属元素挥发量增大,K的挥发速度大约为Na的2倍。烧结后陶瓷片经过极化,测得压电常数d_(33)为250pC/N。将其应用于小型方柱压电超声电机(即摇头式压电陶瓷超声电机)作为电机的驱动部分。采用激光多普勒测振仪(Polytec300-F)测量了电机的振动谱特性,测得一阶弯曲振动发生在129.6 kHz处;采用转速转矩测量仪测量了电机的转速和转矩输出特性,在100Vp-p下,电机转速可达330rpm,堵转力矩达32uNm,基本可以代替PZT基含铅压电陶瓷在驱动器上的应用。; Lead-free(K_(0.44)Na_(0.52)Li_(0.04))(Nb_(0.86)Ta_(0.10)Sb_(0.04))O_3(KNLNTS) piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by the NaCl-KCl (NaCl/KCl=1/1) molten salt synthesis(MSS) method.The KNLNTS ceramics was fabricated successfully by sintering at 1100℃to 1200℃.The results show that the KNLNTS powder particle size increased form 50nm to 200nm and the shape changed from cubic structure to plated-like structure with time increasing.Compared to the solid mixed oxide (SMO) process,the MSS can get powders with(100) grain orientation and without aggregation in less time.The density of the KNLNTS ceramics sintered at 1150℃reached a maximum value of 4.69 g/cm3.The ceramics sintered at 1150℃by MSS method shows a maximum Piezoelectric coefficient of about 250 pC/N and a maximum electromechanical coupling factor kp of 37.6%.A novel rocking head type piezoelectric ultrasonic motor was fabricated using the lead-free ceramics as the actuator.The Doppler Laser Vibrometer(Polytec 300-F) was used to measure the vibration characteristic of the ultrasonic motor.The resonant frequency of first bending mode is about 129.6 kHz.The output torque was 32uNm, and the maximum revolution speed was 330 rpm at 100 Vp-p driving voltage.
