中文摘要选取不同分子量的聚乙二醇(PEG)对TiO2光催化剂进行改性,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了PEG改性的 TiO2光催化剂(PEG-TiO2),通过XRD、SEM和BET分析方法对催化剂的物相、表面形貌及比表面大小进行了表征,对载Pt后的样品PEG-Pt/TiO2进行了光催化产氢性能的研究。重点分析了PEG分子量对样品微观结构和光催化产氢活性的影响,结果表明,使用分子量在400~6 000范围内的PEG进行改性,可获得具有高比表面和良好孔分布的TiO2载体,样品PEG-Pt/TiO2的光催化产氢活性较无PEG改性的样品得到了显著提高。其中样品 PEG6000-Pt/TiO2的产氢活性表现最佳,测得4 h内的平均产氢速率为1.79 mmol/h。; Polyethylene glycol (PEG) with different molecular weight (400, 2 000, 6 000, 20 000) were used to synthesize PEG-modified-TiO2 photocatalysts by sol-gel method. The PEG-TiO2 photocatalysts were analyzed on crystal structure, morphology and surface area by characterizations of XRD, SEM, BET. With 0.3% platinum loaded by photocomposition method, the resulted PEG-Pt/TiO2 samples were applied to the photocatalytic reaction of hydrogen evolution from ethanol solutions. The effect of PEG used with different molecular weight on the microstructure and photocatalytic performance of PEG-TiO2 photocatalysts were studied in details. The Results showed that relatively high surface area and good distribution of pore stucture could be obtained with the modification by PEG with molecular weight from 400 to 6 000. Consequently, the photocatalytic performance on hydrogen evolution of PEG-Pt/TiO2 photocatalysts was remarkably enhanced compared to samples without modifications of PEG. The PEG6000-Pt/TiO2 behaved the best with average hydrogen evolution rate of 1.79 mmol/h in 4 hours.; 国家973项目(2003CB214500); 教育部博士基金项目(20030003069)
