| 中文摘要 | 针对南水北调受水区水资源配置的特点,从风险性、合理性、持续性等角度构建了水资源合理配置一般评价指标体系,并运用基于最大POME的模糊模式识别交叉迭代公式和AHP群组评判法进行多方案多目标评价。由于推荐的方案隐含了水资源配置的特点,评价结果合理、客观。; On the traits of rational distribution of water resources in the reception region of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the evaluation index system of rational distribution of water resources is set up from the angles of risk,rationality and continuity.The schemes are optimized by the fuzzy pattern-recognition crossover iteration method based on the biggest POME.Since the recommended scheme contains the traits of rational distribution of water resources,the results are comparatively reasonable and realistic. |
