中文摘要 | 介绍了用于X射线能谱分析(EDX)的飞灰颗粒表面和断面样品的制作方法.对用EDX分析飞灰组成元素及重金属分布的实验方法(包括点(或面)分析、线扫描以及元素能谱图)和信息分析方法进行了探讨.168组的飞灰EDX分析结果表明:飞灰成分非常复杂,其中Si,Ca和Al是基本组成元素,Cl和S出现频率处于第2位,而作为盐基的Na,K和Mg出现频率处于第3位;在以Si,Ca和Al为主体的飞灰颗粒表面和断面重金属富集少,呈随机分布.推测重金属在飞灰上的吸附作用机理包括了物理吸附过程和自飞灰颗粒表面向内部的化学扩散过程.; The elemental composition of fly ash and the heavy metals distribution was studied by using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).Preparation of the surface and section sample was introduced.The methods used in the analysis such as the energy spectrum of one point,line scanning and element mapping EDX were also discussed.168 groups of analysis result of indicate that the composition of fly ash is complex and elements have different occurrence frequencies in fly ash particle.As the major element composed of fly ash,Si,Ca and Al have highest occurrence frequencies,while the occurrence frequencies of Cl and S are lower than the above three elements.The elements of Na,K and Mg have the third occurrence frequencies.On the surface and cut-surface of ash particle that give priority to Si,Ca and Al,heavy metals enrich little and random distribution.Based on the experiment results,it is concluded that the heavy metals will be adsorbed onto the particle surface by physical adsorption and diffuse from the surface to the interior of particle.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(200277024); 教育部归国人员启动基金项目 |
