中文摘要介绍一种原位显示微载体上细胞形态的快速染色法。染液由甲苯胺蓝及固色剂配成。将B16黑色素瘤细胞、Caski宫颈癌细胞及BEL-7402肝癌细胞分别接种于微载体上。取含细胞的微载体悬液及染液各一滴置于载玻片上,混合均匀,染色0.5~2min,封盖片,镜检。染色结果显示:细胞结构清晰、色彩鲜艳,而微载体不着色。本染液亦适用于培养的悬浮细胞、脱落细胞及涂片等的快速染色。操作简便、快捷,易推广。在科学研究、临床检验及工业生产过程中,对工程细胞的抽样监测等方面有广阔的应用前景。; Morphology of cells seeded on micro-carriers can be observed in situ with the rapid staining method established in our laboratory.The rapid staining solution consists of toluidine blue and color stabilizer.B16 melanoma cells,Caski uterine cervix carcinoma cells and BEL-7402 hepatic carcinoma cells were seeded on micro-carriers separately.One drop of cell-seeded micro-carrier suspension and one drop of the rapid staining solution were placed on the slide,mixed throughly,stained 0.5~2 minutes,coverslipped and then examined with light microscope.The results show that the cellular structure can be seen clearly with bright hue,whereas micro-carriers are stainless.This method can be used for rapid staining of cells in cultural suspension,exfoliated cells or smear.The technical procedure is simple and convenient for a wide use in scientific research,clinical examination and monitoring on the samples of engineering cells in industrial production.; 国家自然科学基金项目(30371324); 科学技术部973计划前期项目[2003(CA04200)]
