Four decay modes of D0(K-0e+e-,φe+e-,ρ0e+e- and K-*0e+e-) and six decay modes of D+(K-e+e+, K+e+e-,π-e+e+, π+e+e-, K*- e+e+ and K*+e+e-) are presented. No evidence is found for the above decays, therefore, the upper limits at 90% confidence level are set.
