中文摘要及早对油气管道管壁缺陷进行识别、定位和量化统计是指导管道维修工作、维护管道完整性的重要手段。目前,针对管道腐蚀和金属损失缺陷比较成熟的在役检测方法是使用行进于管道内部的漏磁检测器来进行检测。安装霍尔元件探头的管道漏磁检测器本身是缺陷漏磁信号的采集装置,采集到的数据最终要送到计算机上进行分析和处理。介绍了用于直径1016mm的国内第一台高清晰度油气管道腐蚀检测器数据分析和处理的软件系统的设计。该软件能够自动完成检测数据的分析和处理工作,从而最大限度地节约数据分析人员的时间并提高了数据分析的准确性和可靠性,满足管道检测自动化的整体需求。; To recognize, position and quantify the defects of pipe wall early is a significant method to direct pipeline maintenance work and maintain pipeline integrity. Currently, one mature detecting method designed for pipeline erosion and metal loss defects is using magnetic leakage detecting device positioned inside the pipes. The pipeline magnetic leakage detecting device with Hall probe mounted on it is in fact a kind of device designed to collect defective magnetic flux leakage signals. The data acquired will be ultimately fed back to computer for further analysis and processing. This paper introduces the design of the data analysis and processing system for a 1,016 mm diameter, high resolution oil and gas pipeline corrosion defects inspection tool. This system is implemented with proven programming methods and is able to complete the analysis and processing works automatically, which is accordingly capable of farthest saving time and boosting accuracy and reliability and thus to meet the need of pipeline automatic inspection.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50305017)
