中文摘要对接于公共联结点(PCC)的并联负载,如果对各负载只按其各自消耗的无功电流进行补偿或收费而不考虑负载之间的相互补偿作用是不合理的。该文提出了一个合理的确定各负载对PCC无功功率的贡献的方法:如果某一负载的无功电流在PCC提供的无功电流上的投影为正,则这一负载对PCC无功电流的贡献与其在PCC无功电流上的投影大小成正比;如果投影为负,则这一负载对PCC无功电流没有贡献,其无功电流只在负载间流动。各负载按无功电流贡献确定对总无功费用分担的比例。算例结果表明:文中提出的方法是经济合理的。它不仅适用于传统的正弦电路,而且适用于非正弦及不对称电路,对无功功率补偿、管理和收费具有实用意义。; Reactive currents of shunt loads connected to a point of common coupling (PCC) may have inter-compensating effect among them. It is unreasonable to charge a load based only on its own reactive power, without considering the inter-compensating effect. This paper presents a reasonable method to determine the contributions of reactive currents of each shunt load to the total reactive current supplied by PCC. If the projection of a load reactive current on the PCC reactive current has the same sign with the PCC reactive current, then this load’s reactive current contribution is in proportion to its reactive current projection. Otherwise the load has no reactive current contribution to the PCC. Proceeding from this idea, the compensation message of each load is determined. It can be applied not only on sinusoidal circuit, but also on nonsinusoidal and unbalanced circuit. It has an instructive effect for the compensation, supervision and charge of reactive power. An example is given to validate the reasonability and economics of the proposed method.; 国家自然科学基金项目(50377017)。~~
