中文摘要目的:探讨近红外光谱在糖尿病足组织氧检测中的临床价值。方法:设对照组40例,临床确诊的2型糖尿病患者80例设为糖尿病组(DA组),均用近红外组织血氧参数无损监测仪检测足趾组织氧饱和度(TOI)、氧合血红蛋白变化值(ΔHbO2)、还原血红蛋白变化值(ΔHb)。结果:糖尿病组的ΔHbO2、ΔHb、TOI均低于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;以ΔHbO2、TOI尤为明显,P<0.01。结论:近红外光谱组织血氧监测技术,具有无创、数据准确及简单易行等特点,值得在临床上推广。; Objective:To investigate the effects of near-infrared spectroscopy for measurement of tissue oxygen in diabetic feet.Methods: 40 subjets as control group and 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as the experimental group underwent near-infrared spectroscopic oximetry of the hallux to measure the tissue oxygen index(TOI),changes in oxygenated hemoglobin(ΔHbO2) and deoxygenated hemoglobin(ΔHb).Results: ΔHbO2,ΔHb and TOI of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05) with significant differences between groups especially in terms of ΔHbO2、and TOI(P<0.01).Conclusion: Near-infrared spectroscopic oximetry provides a clinically useful tool that is noninvasive,accurate and simple.
