中文摘要针对内燃机车中修解体组装作业往往采用以经验为主的生产管理方式这一瓶颈因素,通过AOA(Activity on Arc)网络建模框架下的工序分解、紧前分析和时间测度,将该复杂作业转化为符合重要度、缺陷度、复杂度、连贯度等原则要求的数学化流程模型描述,奠定了进一步定量研究的前提。在此基础上,开展了基于关键路径法的深入研究,通过发掘概念内涵和分析数据特征,创新性地提出了平均时间柔性指标和路径排序两项工作负荷强度评估方法,并应用于参与解体组装作业的实际班组,根据指标对比制定出流程改善的优化方案。; As the core operation of internal-combustion locomotives' mid-reparation,the disassembly and assembly operations are significant to locomotive performance resumption and railway safety.As enormous in scale,it's often managed by experience in practice,which restricts the improvement of operational efficiency and quality.Through work element decomposition,analysis on precedence constraints and time study,we use AOA flow net to model the complicated operation mathematically.The model is in line with the requirements of importance,defect,complexity and coherence.Base on the model,the critical path method is used to carry out quantitative researches.Through exploring the connotation of the concept and analyzing the characteristics of the data,two evaluation methods for scoring the work-teams' workload intensity:the average time flexibility index and the route sequencing are proposed and applied,upon which an optimization scheme on operational flow is established.
