中国光伏组件价格变化的学习曲线模型及政策建议

中文摘要用学习曲线模型估计了不同最低价格情景下中国光伏组件的学习率,研究了光伏组件的学习率与最低价格的关系,发现中国光伏组件的学习率大致22%~34%间,并与最低价格呈高度线性相关关系。在最低价格为5元/Wp以下时,实现光伏组件的商业化累计产量要达到目前累计产量的35倍~100倍以上,学习成本在26.37~50.28亿元人民币之间。最后就加速学习过程提出了政策建议; The learning rate for solar PV modules of China using learning curve model was estimated under differ- ent bottom price scenarios, and the relation between learning rate and bottom prices was investigated. The learning rate of solar PV modules was laid between about 22% and 34%, and the high linear correlation between learning rate and bottom price was found. The learning cost was between 2637 million RMB yuan and 5028 million RMB yuan, while the accumulating production will be up more than 35 times to 100 times than that of now, for commer- cializing solar PV modules, under scenarios of bottom price of 5 Yuan/Wp and 0 Yuan/Wp. In the end, the policy implication of the model was discussed and proposed for speeding learning process.; 教育部人文社科重大项目(01JAZJD630008)
