中文摘要在确定纳米氧化锆等离子喷涂工艺的基础上,成功地制备了多种涂层试件,并与非纳米氧化锆涂层的性能进行了比较。结果表明,纳米氧化锆制备的涂层的结合强度、耐磨蚀性和韧性优于非纳米氧化锆涂层,而两者的热导率大体相当,都随着温度的升高而增大。; Nanostructured zirconia coating was fabricated by plasma spraying. The properties of the nanostructured coating were compared with that of conventional zirconia coating prepared under the same plasma spraying conditions. It was found that the nanostructured zirconia coating had a higher adhesion strength to stainless steel than the conventional zirconia coating, with the difference to be as much as 37%. Moreover, the nanostructured zirconia coating had better abrasion resistance than the conventional coating. Though the nanostructured zirconia coating had slightly increased toughness and drastically decreased elastic modulus than the conventional coating, it was still characterized by high brittleness. In addition, both the nanostructured and conventional zirconia coatings had similar thermal conductivity which increased with increasing temperature from 100 ℃ to 300 ℃.
