| 中文摘要 | 目的从门诊患者的角度,了解社区居民对大医院支援医生服务的利用情况,评价北京市对口支援社区卫生服务工作实施过程中存在的问题及对策。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样,对992名社区卫生服务门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果政策已得到较好宣传,但居民对支援医生服务的利用程度相对较低,未利用的原因主要是由于支援医生出诊时间和专业的限制,大部分接受过支援医生服务的居民对其服务表示满意。结论需进一步完善协调对口支援工作与居民对支援医生服务时间及专业需求的关系等问题。; OBJECTIVE To grasp the current status of Community Health System(CHS)outpatients,utilization of coordinated support delivery from the hospitals,and to evaluate the problems and strategy of the coordinated support for CHS policy in Beijing.METHODS Questionnaires were used for investigating 992 outpatients.The samples were gained by multistage stratified random sampling.RESULTS The policy was publicized well,but the resident's utilization level of coordinated supportdelivery was low,because of the restraint of time and specialty of the delivery.Most of the residents who had received the services of support doctors were satisfied with their services.CONCLUSION Restraint of time and specialty of the coordinated support delivery should be promoted in the future,study and the practice.; 北京市科委研发攻关项目(D09060720000704) |
