中文摘要在乙醇发酵生产过程中,当产物积累到一定程度时,存在产物抑制现象。针对这一关键问题,阐述了通过在线分离乙醇的方法来消除产物抑制的研究进展,重点介绍了乙醇发酵与萃取耦合,乙醇发酵与吸附耦合,乙醇发酵与膜分离耦合及乙醇发酵与气提耦合等工艺及特点,并展望了乙醇发酵在线分离耦合的前景。; The inhibition of product exists during ethanol production by fermentation when the concentration of bio-ethanol product reaches to a certain level.Aiming at this key problem,this disadvantage can be alleviated with in situ ethanol removal during fermentation.Therefore,the methods used for in situ ethanol removal including fermentation with extraction,fermentation with adsorption,fermentation with membrane separation and fermentation with gas tripping were summarized.The process and characteristics of these methods are especially introduced,and the trends of bio-fuel ethanol fermentation coupled with in situ product removal in the future were prospected.; “973”项目子课题(2004CB719703); “211”项目
