| 中文摘要 | Because PC industry has fallen into homogeneous competition, the profitability of PC enterprises is becoming weakened. The implementation of differentiation strategy is the key to solve the problem. Based on the analysis of mainland China's PC market, the strategic plan, integrating the strategic move of channel differentiation, product diversification, and market development, is designed to strengthen the sustained development of PC industry. The paper also seeks to devise a feasible idea for the further development of China's other IT products. |
