中文摘要This paper presents a wind turbine vibration testing system based on LabVIEW with an introduction to the research background. Then, the paper analyzes the structure of the hardware system consisting of a small wind turbine, rotor experiment bed, vibration sensors, a data acquisition box and a computer. Also, the paper discusses the software function in detail, which applies the module design thoughts including real-time monitoring, off-line data analysis, and trend analysis and fault simulation. The software system can display time-wave, spectrum, axial track and trend figure and so on. In addition, the application on vibration data acquisition and analysis is implemented based on present testing system. At the same time, the familiar vibration faults, misalignment of rotor and radial rubbing of rotor, are produced and tested artificially. Finally, the system application foreground is discussed in terms of data acquisition, data analysis and fault diagnosis of wind turbine and other rotating machines.
