中文摘要The effects of the spin-orbit interaction on the spin polarization of quantum dots in an Aharonov-Bohm interferometer in the presence of Andreev reflection are investigated theoretically. The spin polarization of quantum dots appears on the resonance of Andreev reflection, which depends sensitively on the spin-dependent phase difference caused by the spin-orbit interaction. The amplitude and the sign of the spin polarization in the two quantum dots can be controlled by the gate voltage, the bias and the magnetic flux. Furthermore, by tuning the magnetic flux the spin polarizations in the two quantum dots can even have opposite signs from each other. This provides an efficient mechanism for controlling the amplitude and sign of the spin polarization in the two quantum dots.
