中文摘要	On the basis of existing general information cognition model, by means of combining the dispatching order generating system with existing EMS and leading network analysis into expert system the field of general information cognition model is further extended, the integration of topological analysis function with the operating objects of general information cognition model enhances the versatility and expression ability of expert rules. At the same time, the power flow calculation is led in during the intelligent reasoning process, so according to power flow calculation results the dispatcher can acquire assistance in decision-making, thereby the dispatching order with optimal economy and security can be generated. The expert system developed by authors has been put into operation in two regional dispatching centers and good results are obtained.
