英文摘要Objective: Based on our design and fabrication of the novel porous scaffolds incorporating either icaritin or BMP-2, we aim to compare the osteogenic potentials between the two kinds of composite scaffolds in vitro. Methods: The composite scaffolds (P/T/ICT; P/T/BMP2) were molded at −20 °C by a rapid-prototyping machine, and the immersed scaffolds (P/T+BMP2) in BMP2 solution were named as positive controls.
