英文摘要 | Composite scaffolds with bioactive agents have emerged as an attractive approach for bone defect repair in recent years. Puerarin (daidzein 8-C-glucoside) is a phytoestrogen from the Pueraria Labata (Willd.) Ohwi approved by cFDA as vasodilator. Recently we found that puerarin was able to promote osteogenesis, which made it a potential promising exogenous growth factor in bone tissue engineering. Using rapid prototyping 3D technology, a novel PLGA/TCP/Puerarin ( PTP ) scaffold was fabricated. In this study, we investigated the degradation of the composite scaffolds and puerarin release, as well as the osteogenic effects of the scaffolds in vitro. |
