英文摘要Hemodynamic and metabolic regulation may occur beyond the lesioned area of acute and chronic ischemic stroke (IS), which may substrates the functional diaschisis and the unresolved disease mechanism underpinning the overall prognosis of IS (1,2). In this study we aimed to characterize the hymodynamic compensation based on R2' quantification and region of interest analysis.
