中文摘要本文以基于四象限探测器的目标方位探测系统为背景,分析、讨论、研究提高目标方位探测系统性能的方法及涉及到的具体问题,着重讨论了四象限探测器目标方位的检测和处理对目标方位探测系统性能的影响。本文对现有四象限探测器目标定位算法进行分析,在传统算法基础上提出一种分段插值法,并设计了信号检测和处理电路。论文围绕探测器输出信号检测和处理过程展开,其中目标定位算法和电路设计是本文研究重点。具体包括以下内容:(1)详细阐述了半主动激光制导系统的组成及工作原理,并介绍了位标器和电子舱。然后根据实际项目需求确定了目标方位信号检测与处理系统的设计方案,详细阐述了系统硬件设计方案和软件设计方案。(2)详细分析了光斑大小及能量分布对目标定位算法的影响,在传统四象限探测器定位算法基础上提出另一种基于分段插值的位置修正算法,并给出了该方法的详细步骤。最后对影响四象限探测器探测误差的因素进行了分析,为减小探测误差提供了依据。(3)设计了微弱电流检测电路,详细分析了跨阻放大电路的设计及相应参数的计算。分析了峰值保持电路理论,并对现有两种峰值保持电路分别进行了仿真分析,结合课题需求对现有的峰值保持电路进行了改进,设计出一种新的电压型峰值保持电路,保持时间可达毫秒级且保持误差小。最后编写了系统测试软件。为了验证算法及设计电路的有效性及可靠性,本文首先在Matlab仿真环境下对目标定位算法进行仿真分析,然后对设计的电路板进行测试实验,实验结果表明本文提出的目标定位算法精度高、计算量小;设计的目标方位探测电路结构简单、工作稳定、可靠性好。
英文摘要In this paper, the target azimuth detection system based on the four quadrant detector is as the background. ?We analysis, discussion and research the methods to improve the performance of target azimuth detection system. We emphatically discussed the influence to the performance of target azimuth detection system. In this paper, an analysis is made on the target location algorithm of the four quadrant detector. And propose a subsection interpolation method based on the traditional algorithm. Then design the signal detection and processing circuit. The paper focuses on the detection and processing of the detector output signal, and target location algorithm and circuit design is the research focus of this paper. Include the following contents: (1) The composition and working principle of semi-active laser guidance system are described in detail. And introduce the coordinator and the electronic module. Then according to the actual project demand, the design scheme of the target azimuth signal detection and processing system is determined. System hardware design and software design are described in detail. (2) The effect of spot size and energy distribution on the target location algorithm is analyzed in detail. We propose another piecewise interpolation correction algorithm based on the traditional location algorithm, and give the detailed steps of the method. Finally, we analyze the factors affecting the detection error of the four quadrant detector, in order to provide the basis for reducing the error caused by detector noise. (3) A weak current detection circuit is designed, and the design and calculation of the parameters of the cross resistance amplification circuit are analyzed in detail. The theory of peak holding circuit is analyzed. And the existing two kinds of peak hold circuit are simulated and analyzed. The current peak holding circuit is improved with the requirement of the subject. A new voltage type peak holding circuit is designed, peak hold time up to millisecond, the system test software is compiled. In order to verify the validity and reliability of the algorithm and design circuit, the target location algorithm is simulated and analyzed in the Matlab simulation environment, and then test the design circuit board, Experimental results show that the target location algorithm presented in this paper is of high precision and low computation, the target azimuth detecting circuit is simple in structure, stable in operation and good in reliability.
