中文摘要惯性约束聚变研究的关键是高功率激光驱动器的研究,不仅要求其输出有非常高的脉冲功率,还要求其有输出光束具有非常好的质量。激光的波前信息是描述光束质量重要的参数,它影响了光场分布的均匀性和光束的聚焦特性。改善光束质量和辐照均匀性一直是高功率激光研究的重要方向,通过自适应光系统进行波前畸变补偿是改善光束质量的重要方法,而适当的波前畸变补偿是要以合适的波前探测为前提的。本文着重于可用于激光波前恢复的数值迭代技术,研究了光束传输的基本理论,分别讨论了激光线性传输和非线性传输下的传输方程,并以此作为数值迭代法波前探测的理论依据,研究数值迭代波前恢复技术以发展高功率激光波前测量技术手段,进行波前畸变补偿和控制。 实现了相位恢复算法,并通过实验验证了恢复算法的收敛性和可行性。程序模拟了光场光强测量中空气尘埃等因素造成的误差情形的位相恢复,分析光场测量对位相恢复的影响,恢复结果主要受光场强度的相对分布的影响,恢复算法具有较高的容错率,不会因微小或局部的误差而使相位恢复的结果产生很大的变化。数值模拟了球面波的波前恢复,并通过程序模拟了数值迭代算法不同初值条件下的波前恢复结果,当迭代初始相位分布的初值形式越接近于相位分布的真实形式,波前恢复的结果越为精确。在初始迭代过程中,可将恢复相位经拟合后再迭代计算,直到拟合的形式稳定后再进行完全的迭代处理,从而改进算法的有效性。解包络分析了恢复位相的一维信息,分布形式与球面波相位分布相吻合。数值模拟了聚焦光束焦斑的相位恢复,实现焦斑处光场特征的预测描述。
英文摘要The pivotal problem for Inertial Confinement Fusion(ICF) experiment is the laser driver, which not only requires output a high pulse power, also requires output good beam quality. The wave-front, which is a important parameter to describe the beam quality of high power laser, affects the uniformity of amplitude distribution and focusing properties of beam. Improving the uniformity of irradiation and beam quality have been long important research direction in high power laser drive research, and it is an important way using adaptive optical system for compensating wave-front aberration, which needs suitable wave-front detection as precondition , to improve beam quality. In this dissertation, focusing on wave-front measurement, we researched a numerical iteration method. The basic theory of light propagation, and the transport equations of laser under the linear transmission and nonlinear transmission were discussed. With these as theoretical basis for wave-front sensing, we researched the numerical iterative wave-front retrieval method to develop wave-front measurement techniques of high power laser for compensating and controlling wave-front aberration. The phase retrieval algorithm was achieved, and experiment was taken, which verified the convergence and feasibility of the retrieval algorithm. We programmed to simulate the light intensity measurement with errors for reasons such as dust in the air, retrieved phase distribution in these situations, and concluded that the numerical iteration method has a high tolerance and determined by the relative distribution of light intensity. It wouldn’t achieve a quite different result for measurement errors. Numerical simulations of the spherical wave-front retrieval under different initial conditions were programmed. When the form of initial phase distribution closer to the true form of wave-front under retrieved, the more accurate the results. We analyzed one dimensional information of the retrieved phase with envelopment, and the distribution is consistent with distribution of spherical wave. Finally, numerical simulation of focused laser wave-front retrieval was taken, we achieved the forecast description of the focal spot field.
