中文摘要在ICF激光驱动装置中,随着激光脉冲输出能量密度的提高,后续光学元件中的受激布里渊散射(SBS)将严重影响到装置的安全性,引入位相调制单元对激光进行频谱展宽,将光谱展宽到一定程度,可以有效抑制SBS效应,从而保证系统的安全性。本论文主要研究了位相调制实现光谱展宽的相关技术。本文首先介绍了ICF激光驱动装置的基本结构以及国内外的发展状况,其次详细描述了位相调制单元的检测与控制系统的原理,在此基础上,本文主要完成了以下工作: 1.提出了位相调制检测与控制系统的整体方案。提出了基于窄带光纤光栅中心波长滤波的强度比较的方案和基于光纤光栅边缘滤波的幅度调制信号检波的方案。 2.提出了采用窄带光纤光栅中心波长滤波对频谱包络进行检测。通过制作窄带光纤光栅来对频谱包络进行检测。除此之外,通过制作中心波长对准装置和光纤光栅温度补偿装置来保证布拉格波长的准确性和稳定性。 3.以光纤光栅布拉格波长对准光脉冲中心波长方案为基础,提出了采用高速模拟电路对检测过的脉冲光进行幅值比较,进而判断该脉冲光是否经过了位相调制。该高速模拟电路由两路相同的电路构成,每一路分别由光电转换电路、积分电路、放大电路构成。最后将两路信号接入比较电路进行幅值比较。比较电路输出信号与同步信号相与后作为最后的输出信号,控制整个光纤链路的导通或关闭。 4.提出了光纤光栅边缘滤波实现位相调制检测的方案。通过制作相应的检波装置,实现对位相调制后信号的检波。在此基础上,首次提出了双光栅检测光谱调制带宽的方法。
英文摘要In driving system of ICF (inertial confinement fusion), as the increase of the energy density of pulsed-laser output, the Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS) appeared within following-up optics units will severely impair the safety of the system. By introducing phase-modulation unit which can broaden the spectrum to one certain extent, we can confine SBS effectively and ensure the safety of the system. This paper mainly investigates techniques related to spectrum-broadening by phase-modulation. First, the fundamental structure of driving system of ICF and related international developments are introduced in this paper. Then, principles of testing and controlling system of phase-modulation unit are investigated in detail. The main achievements in this paper are listed below: 1.The whole scheme of testing and controlling system of phase-modulation unit is proposed. There are two methods: the central-wavelength of narrow-band optical-fiber is aligned with the central-wavelength of pulsed light and intensity comparison method and the edge of optical-fiber is aligned with the central-wavelength of pulsed light and detection method. 2.Test of the spectral envelope by using narrow-band optical-fiber filter is proposed. Narrow-band optical-fiber filter is fabricated to test the spectral envelope. In addition, the precision and stability of Bragg wavelength are ensured by applying central-wavelength alignment devices and optical-fiber temperature-compensation devices. 3.Using optical-fiber edge as a filter to test the modulated signals is proposed. Making detector arrangement is to detect the optical signals which are modulated. In the base of this method, two optical-fiber detection methods is proposed. 4.The method of comparing the amplitudes of tested pulsed-lasers by high-speed analog circuit and then determining whether those lasers were phase-modulated is proposed. The high-speed analog circuit is consisted by two similar circuits, consisted by photo-electronic conversion, integrating and amplifying circuits. At last, the amplitudes of two channels of signals access comparison circuits and are compared. The output signal of the comparison circuits and synchronous signal are inputted into an AND gate and are used as the final output, controlling the make or break of the whole optical-fiber chain.
