中文摘要 | 实验对比研究了Ga_2O_5、TeO_2、GeO_2、WO_3、Nb_2O_5和Bi_2O_5金属氧化物的掺入对氟磷激光玻璃的光谱和激光性能的影响。结果表明, TeO_2、GeO_2和Ga_2O_5的加入增大了Yb~(3+)的吸收和发射截面; 其中, 掺有TeO_2的氟磷玻璃的Yb~(3+)吸收和发射截面最大, 分别达到了1.95 pm~2和0.85 pm~2。Ga_2O_5、Nb_2O_5和GeO_2的加入对玻璃激光性能的提高具有极大的帮助; 其中, 在掺有Ga_2O_5的氟磷玻璃中激光参数SFL值最大, 为1.237。同时发现, 在TeO_2和GeO_2掺杂氟磷玻璃中也存在严重的Yb~(3+)荧光俘获现象, 大大减弱了其激光性能。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of the different metal oxides added with Ga_2O_5, TeO_2, GeO_2, WO_3, Nb_2O_5 and Bi_2O_5 respectively on the spectroscopic and lasing properties of Yb~(3+)-doped fluorophosphate glasses were comparatively investigated. Results show that the additions of TeO_2, GeO_2 and Ga_2O_5 can increase the absorption and emission cross sections of Yb~(3+)-ions. Among the three glasses above, the TeO_2-doped glass has the largest parameters up to 1.95 pm~2 and 0.85 pm~2, respectively. Meanwhile, the dopants of Ga_2O_5, Nb_2O_5 and GeO_2 are beneficial to the improvement of lasing properties in fluorophosphate glasses. Laser parameters (SFL) of fluorophosphate glass doped with Ga_2O_5 is 1.237, the largest of all the glasses. Moreover, serious fluorescence trapping of Yb~(3+) is found in fluorophosphate glasses doped with TeO_2 and GeO_2, respectively, which strongly lessens the lasing properties. |
