中文摘要影响有源滤波器在大容量场合中应用的关键因素是其功率开关的容量。传统的电平拓扑结构的有源滤波器由于其功率开关耐压水平的限制,难以实现对高压大容量非线性负载的谐波补偿。目前,在高压大容量无功补偿和电机调速领域得到广泛应用的H桥型级联电路,通过将每相所串联的单元逆变桥数目同等增加,可以很容易的得到更多电平或更高电压,可以显著的提升有源滤波器对高压大容量非线性负载的谐波补偿能力。本文在基于载波相移技术的H桥级联并联型有源滤波器系统的电路拓扑结构的基础上,对谐波检测,直流侧电容电压检测控制等方面进行了一定的分析,并进行了仿真研究。本文还进一步提出了一个新颖的独立电容电压的检测方法,该方法可以缩减电压传感器在有源滤波器中的使用数量,可以有效缩减硬件成本及减小硬件复杂程度。 在理论分析和仿真研究的基础之上,本文设计并完成了基于载波相移技术单相H桥二级级联并联型有源滤波器的系统实验。实验结果表明本文提出的新颖的独立电容电压的检测方法可以有效的利用在基于载波相移技术H桥级联型电力有源滤波器系统中,并能够在较低的器件开关频率下实现一定补偿效果,具有良好的工业应用前景。 The power switch capacity which affects the application of active power filter (APF) in the high power situation is the key aspect. Because of the limitation of the voltage level the traditional topology of APF realizes hardly the harmonic compensation in high voltage and high power with non-linear load. At present, cascaded H bridge which has been put into practical use for years especially in high power drives, static synchronous compensators and electrical machinery velocity modulation domain is very popular. It is easy for getting the high voltage and the high power by increasing equally the connecting units of the bridge number in each phase because of the same construction of each unit, which may contribute to the ability of APF in high voltage and high power with non-linear load harmonic compensation. The article utilizes one kind of cascaded shunt active power filter (CSAPF) based on Carrier Phase Shift-SPWM (CPS-SPWM) with cascade H bridge. Based on the simulation of this kind of APF,this article also further proposed a novel algorithm for detecting voltages of capacitors of CSAPF presented with CPS-SPWM. Following this novel algorithm, the number of voltage sensors can be greatly decreased and only one sensor is needed for each phase which leads to a reduction of the cost of CSAPF and this novel algorithm effectively reduce the hardware complex degree of CSAPF. Based on the theoretical analysis and the computer simulation, the article designed and has completed a single phase CSAPF system experiment. The experimental results verify the viability and effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm and prove that this CSAPF with this noval algorithm has a good performance when the frequency of power switch is relately low. In some extent this noval algorithm has a good industrial application prospect
