中文摘要本文以用于城轨交通列车牵引的单边直线感应电机为研究对象,从理论分析、计算机仿真和实验验证三个方面对直线感应电机工作特性及直接牵引力控制策略等进行了深入的研究。 首先以解析法为基础对直线感应电机边缘效应、力特性和三相不平衡性等问题进行了定量分析。利用简化的气隙电磁场方程,分析了两种边缘效应与电机运行速度、转差频率和机械气隙间的关系,将其对电机特性的影响等效为电机励磁电感和次级电阻的变化,在此基础上建立电机的数学模型。 利用所建立的数学模型,对直线感应牵引电机的机械特性和牵引制动工作特性进行了计算,并与旋转感应牵引电机进行了对比,分析了这两种制式电机的特性差异与其等效参数间的关系,针对直线感应牵引电机的工作特性给出了其控制规律。 研究了适合轨道交通电力牵引的直线感应电机直接牵引力控制策略,针对传统磁链观测器所存在的观测误差,提出了改进电压模型法与电流模型法相结合的一种磁链观测方法,实现了不同工况下磁链及牵引力的准确观测。对传统直接牵引力控制策略所存在的低速牵引力脉动问题进行了深入分析,提出了两种基于合成矢量和非零矢量幅值调制的改进控制策略,有效降低了低速牵引力脉动。针对城轨交通车辆的电力牵引运行模式,提出了一种基于直接牵引力控制的效率优化节能控制策略,降低了电机的牵引能耗。 对复合次级单边直线感应电机法向力及牵引力的关系进行了详细分析,提出了一种基于直接力控制思想的法向力和牵引力解耦控制方法。实现了法向力和牵引力的独立控制,以及不设悬浮电磁铁的直线感应电机车辆悬浮牵引联合运行。 This thesis focuses its researches on the single-side linear induction motor(SLIM) which applied in the propulsion of urban mass transit(UMT) vehicles. Theory analysis, simulation and experimentation are made to investigate its characteristics and direct thrust control(DTC) strategy. Firstly, the end effects, force characteristics and three phase unbalance performance of SLIM are quantitative analyzed with the analytical solution of air-gap electromagnetic equations. The relations of longitudinal and transverse end effects to motor speed, slip frequency and mechanical clearance are given out. The influence of end effects on the characteristics of SLIM are equivalent to the variations of magnetizing inductance and secondary resistance, then the mathematic model of SLIM is derived according to the analysis results. On the basis of the derived mathematic model, both mechanical characteristics and propulsion performance of SLIM are calculated and compared with the rotation induction motor(RIM), the relations of characteristics difference to the equivalent parameters of the different type motors are analyzed, then the control law of SLIM is given out according to its characteristics. Direct thrust control strategy which is suitable for the railway traction is proposed. The problem of estimation error existing in the traditional flux observer is solved by a novel flux observer which utilizes the combination of improved voltage model and current model flux observer. The accuracy of the estimated flux and thrust are verified by both simulation and experimentation in different conditions. Two improved DTC strategies using synthesized voltage vector and magnitude modulation method are proposed, which can reduce the thrust ripples effectively. With consideration of the operational conditions of the UMT vehicle, an efficiency optimization energy-saving DTC strategy is proposed to reduce the propulsion power consumption. The relation between normal and thrust forces is analyzed, a decoupled-control scheme of normal and thrust forces for SLIM is proposed based on DTC scheme, the normal and thrust forces are applied independently to levitate and propel the SLIM vehicle. A combined levitation-and-propulsion of SLIM maglev model vehicle without additional levitation magnets is realized.
