基于电磁转矩反馈补偿的永磁同步电机新型IP速度控制器

中文摘要In order to reduce the speed overshoot of the traditional PI speed controller in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and improve the capacity of anti-load-torque-disturbance of speed loop, a novel IP speed controller of PMSM based on electromagnet torque feedback compensation (EMTFC) was presented in this paper. The speed overshoot could be reduced by adopting the IP speed controller; the electromagnet torque was imported to the input of current regulator, which is used as the control input signal of feedback compensation of speed loop, therefore, the capacity of anti-load-torque-disturbance (ALTD) of speed loop was improved. According to the validated results of simulation and experiments, the speed overshoot was reduced markedly and the capacity of anti-load-torque-disturbance was also improved significantly by adopting this novel PMSM speed controller, As a result, the perfect speed control performance is got.
