中文摘要一米红外太阳望远镜是地平式望远镜,其工作视场是3′×3′,要求通过控制M6镜面来实现扫描观测。为了得到像斑的二维光谱,需要做狭缝扫描控制系统。 本文首先介绍了狭缝扫描控制系统中用到的一些主要元件,接着介绍了本系统的整体方案和实现方法,说明了一下本系统的几个组成部分。 然后讲述了此系统中的一些数学模型的建立,并通过两种方法进行数学计算,得到的结果一致。实际上此系统是有机械装置的,而且镜面也是有厚度的,所以又对机械装置和镜面厚度的影响做了修正计算。根据建立的数学模型,分析了此系统对主要元件的要求,给出了一些参数的影响。 接着介绍了此系统的硬件和软件的设计。系统中的执行元件选用了音圈电机,文中叙述了音圈电机的原理和选型方法。文中给出了音圈电机的驱动电路以及仿真结果。系统中的检测元件选用了位置敏感探测器(简称PSD,Position Sensitive Detector),叙述了PSD的原理,并给出了PSD的信号处理电路以及仿真结果。文中还讲述了PID控制算法的原理,算法及参数的整定,给出了本系统中软件设计的流程。 最后,说明了狭缝扫描控制系统的实验的调试过程,给出了电路的一些初步调试结果,以及软件和硬件联调的初步结果。对实验进行了总结,略述下一步的工作计划。 经过全面的理论分析,和初步的实验,狭缝扫描控制系统是能实现的。
英文摘要The 1 Meter Solar Telescope is an altitude-azimuth telescope, it’s field of view is 3 '× 3'. It is required to do slit scanning by controlling the M6 mirror. In order to obtain two-dimensional spectrum of the imaging, it need to do the slit scanning control system. First, some major components used in th slit scanning control system are introduced in this thesis, then the system’s overall structure and the methods for accomplishing the system are introduced in this thesis, and it illuminates several parts of the system. Then it tells of the mathematic model of the system, and the results of the calculation by two methods are consistent. In fact, the system has mechanical equipment, and the mirror is thick, so it do the correctional calculation about the influence of the mirror’s thickness and the mechanical equipment. Based on the mathematic model has founded, it analyses the requirement about the main components and gives out the effects on the system from some parameterst. Followed the designs of the software and the hardware about the system are introduced. In the system, the voice coil motor is used for the executive component, and in this thesis, it recounts the principle and the selecting of the voice coil motor. The driving circuit of the voice coil motor and the simulation results are given out in this thesis. In the system, the Position Sensitive Detector(PSD for short) is used for the detecting component, it recounts the principle of the PSD, and the signal processing circuit of the PSD and the simulation results are given out. In this thesis, it also tells of the PID control algorithm’s principle、algorithm and parameter’s setting, and it gives the flow charts of the software for the system. Finally, it shows the experiment’s debugging process of the slit scanning control system, and gives the preliminary testing results of the circuit, as well as the preliminary findings of the software and hardware’s combined debugging. It summarizes the experiment, and outlines the work plan for the next step. After the thorough theoretical analysis, and the preliminary experiments, the slit scanning control system is able to achieve.
