中文摘要滑坡治理工程效果后评价是一种事后评价,是对已完工滑坡治理工程的实施与运营全过程进行的全面、系统地跟踪、调查、分析与评价。由于滑坡治理客观条件的复杂性、隐蔽性以及滑坡治理工点观测资料的限制性,目前国内外有关滑坡治理工程效果后评价的系统研究很少,评价结论多粗略地定性为成功或失败,滑坡治理工程效果后评价尚未形成系统、完善的评价体系。 本研究以川藏公路二郎山Ⅰ#滑坡治理工程为例,在总结和吸取前人研究成果的基础上,采用滑坡现场调查、原位测试、长期监测与结构设计理论、现代系统理论、灰色理论、模糊数学理论相结合的方法,从后评价的理论基础、关键环节与指标探讨、综合定量评价模型构建和实证分析等方面对滑坡治理工程效果后评价体系进行了全面、系统的研究探讨,主要研究成果如下: (1)在系统论述滑坡治理工程效果后评价研究范畴、基本特征与原则的基础上,对整个滑坡治理工程效果后评价分析体系进行研究,剖析了滑坡治理工程效果后评价研究的内容、方法和实施流程。 (2)按照评价时间节点,首先对治理工程竣工验收前的滑坡处置方案合理性进行了专题研究,系统阐述了滑坡认识程度评价方法、滑带土强度参数取值与滑坡设计推力计算合理性校核评价方法、治理工程适宜性宏观定性评价方法。 (3)对滑坡治理工程竣工后的工程运营效果进行了系统研究,基于抗滑结构受力变形监测数据,探讨了普通抗滑桩、预应力锚索抗滑桩和预应力锚索框架的工程效果评价方法,计算评价了锚索预应力失效与否情况下的预应力锚索抗滑桩的抗滑效果,提出了治理工程稳定性评价的宏观变形迹象法、极限平衡理论计算法和监测数据反馈分析法,并构建了预应力锚索外锚头安全耐久性模糊动态聚类评价模型和滑坡深部位移趋势预测的灰色GM(l,l)模型。 (4)从整体评价的角度出发,构建了一套适应不同滑坡类型、贯穿不同时间跨度的滑坡治理工程效果后评价指标体系,并建立了基于模糊数学理论与层次分析法相结合的滑坡治理工程效果后评价的综合定量评价模型。 (5)结合川藏公路二郎山Ⅰ#滑坡治理工程实例,对滑坡治理工程效果后评价研究的有关内容进行了实证分析,研究结果验证了论文构建的滑坡治理工程效果后评价理论与方法的合理性、可行性;针对Ⅰ#滑坡治理工程中存在的预应力锚索抗滑桩外锚头失效问题,在分析其影响因素的基础上,提出了强化外锚头锁定力的方法。 本论文顺应当今滑坡治理工程效果后评价研究工作的发展需求,构建了一套比较全面、系统的滑坡治理工程效果后评价体系,具有良好的实用性和可操作性,可以为滑坡治理工程效果后评价提供理论方法和技术上的支持。
英文摘要The post-evaluation for engineering effectiveness of landslide control is an afterwards evaluation. It is a comprehensive and systematic following, tracking, investigating and evaluating for the whole implementation procedure and operation process of the completed landslide remedial project. Due to the landslide-treating engineering system is characterized by great invisibility and complexity, and the limitation of observation data for landslide worksite, there is not enough systematic evaluation for the effects of landslide control until now. The result of this kind of evaluation more provides rough qualitative conclusions, just like success or failure. At present, there are not scientific and coincident methods and system to evaluate engineering effectiveness of landslide control perfectly, synthetically and impersonally. For solving the above problems, the control project of Ⅰ# landslide of Erlang Mountain along Sichuan-Tibet Highway is taken as an example to research the post-evaluation for engineering effectiveness of landslide control, analyzed by multi-methods, such as combining field investigation, in-situ test and long-term monitoring of the landslide control with the structural design theory, modern system theory, grey theory and the fuzzy mathematics theory in this paper. Based on the achievements of the previous literature, the post-evaluation system for engineering effectiveness of landslide control is studied from some aspects which including recounting the theoretical foundation, discussing the key steps and parameters in the whole landslide control process, establishing a comprehensive quantitative evaluation model and analyzing empirically. The main research works in the dissertation are included as follows: Firstly, based on the analysis of research category, basic characteristics and principles of the post-evaluation for engineering effectiveness of landslide control, the content system, method system and implementation system of the post-evaluation for engineering effectiveness of landslide control have been analyzed deeply. Secondly, the rationality evaluation of landslide project scheme before the completion acceptance is been studied in this paper. Some methods are explained systematically to measure the cognitive degree of landslide geological characteristics, check the rationality of the strength parameters of slide surface and the design landslide push-force, and evaluate the suitability of landslide project on quantitative analysis. Thirdly, the operation effectiveness of the landslide project is been studied systematically. Based on deformation monitoring data of the anti-sliding structure, the methods about evaluating working status of different types of anti-sliding structure, including common anti-slide pile, pre-stressed anchor-cable anti-slide pile and pre-stressed anchor-cable framework, are explored. Then, the theoretical calculation of the effectiveness of anti-slide pile with and without pre-stressed anchor cable is analyzed respectively. In addition, the landslide macroscopic deformation analysis, feedback analysis method of in-situ measured displacement, ultimate equilibrium theory and grey system theory are applied to analyze the stability and development trend of the landslide control project. Furthermore, an anchor head durability evaluation model with Fuzzy dynamic cluster analysis method and a grey forecast GM (l, l) model of landslide deep displacement are presented in this paper. Fourthly, from the perspective of the overall evaluation, an evaluation index system which from different time scales and adapting to the different type of landslide control is proposed in the synthetic post-evaluation. Then, on the basis of the fuzzy mathematics theory by combining the analytic hierarchy process, a comprehensive and quantitative evaluation model of the post-evaluation is established.
