英文摘要An algae dynamics model for Meiliang Bay of Taihu Lake is developed using Delft3D-BLOOM and the water quality and phytoplankton data collected from four stations in the bay in 2010. The concentration of blue-green algae, green algae and freshwater diatom are simulated by the model. The Morris screening method is used to analyze the local sensitivity for blue-green algae. Model parameters in six categories are included: growth rate at 0 degrees C, mortality rate at 0 degrees C, maintenance respiration rate at 0 degrees C, temperature coefficient for growth, temperature coefficient for mortality and temperature coefficient for maintenance respiration. The biomass of blue-green algae is most sensitive to the parameters related to the growth rate and mortality rate. The interactions between blue-green algae and green algae are stronger than that with freshwater diatom. The sensitivity of Energy-type parameters is higher than those of Nitrogen-type and Phosphorus-type parameters for each of the species. Through this research, the key parameters that influence the model result most are identified, and it provides a basis for the use of this model in main Taihu Lake.
